Ensuring long-term operation foundation in high-performance operation condition (mode H) through KSTAR
※ Strengthening the core technical capabilities of long-term operation for the commercialization of nuclear fusion
Success in operating in high-performance operation condition (mode H) and at high current for 45 seconds (the highest level in the world)
Success in three-dimensional analysis of the instability phenomenon (ELM) developmental process of the world's first plasma boundary
Success in operating plasma pressure ratio (beta) to the theoretical limit (4.0 or higher)
Developing and producing ITER procurement items allocated for Korea
First completion of procuring one of the country’s 10 procurement items among the participating countries and signing of the procurement contract regarding 8 procurement items
