01Dispatch of GRIs’ research professionals to enterprises

Target

  • Technologically innovative SMEs including innobiz and venture that hold affiliated research centers

Method

  • Dispatch of regular research personnel in public research institutes or corporate support researchers
    (research institutes employ and manage them as special positions)

Participating Institutes

  • KITECH, ETRI, NSR, KICT, KRRI, KFRI, KIGRAM, KIMM, KIMS, KIER, KERI, KRICT, KATECH, KETI, KOPTI

Scale

  • 50% of salary government support (one person / a company, maximum three years)

    * One-time extension of maximum three years possible

02New Master’s and Doctoral Graduates Recruitment Support

Target

  • SMEs that hold affiliated R&D centers (R&D department)

Method

  • Support for SMEs hiring new technical professionals

Scale

  • 50% of basic salary (2 persons / a company, max. 3 years)

03R&D personnel capacity building support

Target

  • Enterprises: SMEs attached to enterprises
  • HR: new research personnel recommended by enterprises (within 6 months of employment)

Method

  • Appointing education institutes (public institutes), apprenticing the practice of R&D, and carrying out the joint research for the resolution of technology problems of affiliated companies

Period

  • 5-month course (3 months of technical education, 2 months of joint research)

Scale

  • One person per a company
