  • Improve the basic project management framework of government-funded research institutions
  • Support the creation of stable research environments for government-funded research institutions

  • Aid in improving systems and enhancing operational efficiency in order to stabilize research under the National Research and Development Innovation Act and other relevant regulations
  • Aid in improving the current systems to focusing more on on-site research needs after collecting opinions from GRIs on the internal and external environmental changes, such as amendment of governmental policies

To disseminate the research ethics culture to GRIs and enhance the operational efficiency of research facilities and equipment
